The Supreme Court
The Supreme Court is the final court of appeal in Skovaji, hearing cases of the greatest public or constitutional importance affecting the whole population. It is also in charge of operating the lower courts in Skovaji on behalf of the Ministry of Justice.

1) GUM Charter Act 2016:
An act of the Seanad derinvart hSkovagee to ratify the charter of the Grand Unified Micronational.
2) Devon Union Rights Act 2016:
An act of the Department for International Affairs to give rights to citizens of the Devon Union in Skovaji.
Recent cases and hearings
1) Lord Wesley vs. Kerry Stapleton:
Précis: The Lord Wesley wished to try Kerry Stapleton for treason against the Lord Wesley. Kerry Stapleton claimed treason was never made illegal by an Act of governemnt.
Result: Kerry Stapleton was awarded a criminal record.
